Use e-mail to track up to 50 express shipments without fullinternat connection

No Internet? No problem!

What is DHL eTrack?

DHL has developed a powerful yet simple system, using e-mail messages to track shipments and bring you the latest shipment delivery information. DHL eTrack can track up to 50 air waybills at one time and operates on any e-mail-enabled device, whether it be a PC, personal organiser or mobile phone.

How do I track shipments using DHL eTrack?

  1. Create an e-mail and enter your air waybill number(s) in the contents - up to 50 at a time. If you've received an e-mail containing air waybill numbers, simply forward it. DHL eTrack will find the air waybill numbers wherever they appear in the body of the message.
  2. Address the e-mail to track@dhl.com. To send the results to other people, enter their e-mail addresses in the CC field.
  3. Send the message and receive the results via return e-mail within seconds.
