Tracking by Shipper's Reference

This page allows you to track shipments using the Shipper's Reference Number. This number can be any combination of up to 12 numeric and alphabetical characters. First, enter the number in the field labelled 'Shipper's Reference'. Since Shipper's References are created at random by the sender of a shipment, DHL cannot guarantee them to be unique. We therefore need you to enter a range of dates between which you believe the shipment was sent. You can also enter the sender's DHL account and select the shipment's destination. Although neither of these are essential, they may improve your chances of getting a quick and accurate response. Finally, press the 'Track' button and you will be presented with a page showing the status of your shipment. If for any reason the data you entered was not sufficient for our systems to accurately identify your shipment, you may be asked to enter one of the optional items to help us identify the correct shipment. Once you have done this, press 'Track' again.
